Sports Day & Tournaments
Sports Day is Propel’s loudest act of togetherness. One minute it’s teammates diving for catches on the cricket field, the next it’s intense badminton match points, chess rivalries, cheering crowds, and teams celebrating like they’ve won a championship. It’s a day we design with intention: cross-department teams, mixed seniority brackets, and events engineered to put people in genuinely unfamiliar situations because that’s where real connection happens.
