Government

We recognize how digital transformation is an essential core of this sector, given that information flow is crucial in developing and maintaining trust, support and action. We see the problem in information flow not in a scarcity of data – at least not for most nations – but rather in disparate silo systems. Governments deal with massive amounts of data, but the central concern is whether there is enough data connectivity to support systems thinking. With paper-based processes still in practice, we work to help overcome disparities in digital adoption and data reconciliation.

Essential to our thinking is recognizing the importance of a human-centered approach. Without this, trust can be eroded, especially when citizens are required to submit the same data many times, or face inconsistencies in service, due to a lack of automation or fragmented data storage. Our approach includes:

Design thinking and systems thinking principles

We help integrate data silos and disparate systems to form a unified data source, implementing digitization via long-term strategies. Secure data exchange across systems allows for faster data availability and, as a result, shorter turnaround times.

Secure data exchange through integrations with our system architecture design thinking

We build integrated applications, adopting digitalization across all areas and move away from paper-based operations. We create applications for specialized purposes but backed by a single source of truth through integrations with other systems to minimize data redundancy and improve data availability. We leverage technology to accelerate change initiatives and deliver services at a lower cost than paper-based services.

Human-centric experience design for faster more rewarding digital experiences

With integrated applications and unified data source, we see experience design as a critical step in delivering experience to citizens. We ensure that the applications offer users the simplest and most relevant data possible, while concealing the complexity underneath the user interface. Data analytics with accurate and simplified visualizations of essential information can assist in driving a more effective decision-making process, especially in situations where there is a limited amount of time to react.
